This Thermometer Kitchen Cooking Digital Dual Sensor – Polder #894-90 has a huge temperature range from 32 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit, with a pre-settable timer temperature range from 86 to 572 degrees F. With it’s dual sensor you can monitor food and oven temperatures at the same time. The timer counts both up or down from 10 hours. The probe wire is nice and long, measuring 38 inches.
